Surfing through Macrumors today got me agitated for a bit.

With the release of the latest MacBook (the white one, in case some of you still can’t tell the differences between the MacBook and the MacBook Pro lines), the prices for the MacBooks and the MacBook Pros are officially at their lowest for as long as I could remember.
In case you haven’t been reading much, it isn’t just Apple who thinks that HTML5, and not Flash, is beneficial for the future of the web. The major players in the web browser field seemed to all think so.
Here’s a quote from Microsoft’s GM of Internet Explorer, the most used web browser on planet Earth;

Finally we get some insight for how much more the iPad will sell for in two of the most important non-US Apple markets – the UK and Japan.
Apple announced earlier today that the iPad, the holy grail of all tablets (except the one with commandments on it), will only be in Singapore in July, as I predicted earlier. Singapore, together with 8 other countries including Hong Kong and NZ, will be the third batch of countries that the iPad will be made available to after the US launch and the End May International launch.
Pricing will only be available later in July, but it’s pretty likely that the prices will be higher than that of those in the States.
P.S. When Apple says July, they often mean late July, and this is no exception.
An extensive piece by Steve Jobs about his thoughts on Flash, and why Flash will never be on the iPads, the iPhones, the iPods, and possibly any non-Mac OS X device that Apple introduces in the future.

This is just so freaking unfair.

So yeah, the world finally has their God Tablet – the Apple iPad.
Most of the general predictions about a March shipping date are not exactly wrong, for the WIFI-only versions will ship in March, while the WIFI+3G versions, will sadly only be available from April.
Steve Jobs, during the keynote mentioned that their mobile data deals with international carriers will only be done in the June-July timeframe, which made many hearts skipped a beat when people outside the States thought they will only have their iPad earliest 6 months later.
As above. Latest tipoff. Expect shortages.
Update: Dates have been pushed back over and over again. Now you wonder when will Singapore finally get our iPads without resorting to the black market.

Which is 28th Jan 2010 early morning here.
